December 2018 Monthly Study Meeting
The 11th monthly study meeting of 2018 will be held on Thursday, 12/20. It will be held on the usual third Thursday.

We will hold our regular monthly study meeting, the last one of 2018. This time, the study meeting will start at 7:00 p.m. The usual boxed-meal time before the study meeting will not be provided. We plan to provide catered food and drinks at the year-end party after the study meeting.

2. Viewing of a DVD lecture by Chairman Inamori (19:10~20:10, 60 min):
Lecture by Chairman Inamori on day 2 of the National Convention, 2004/9/2: "The Social Norms Japan Should Regain in the 21st Century"
3. Management Q&A study session
Management Q&A, Volume 2, Diversification: "Key points for launching a new business when your core business is in a structural recession"
(1) The moderator explains why this management Q&A was chosen (20:10~20:15, 5 min)
(2) Read the question from the management Q&A and discuss in groups how Chairman Inamori would answer (20:15~20:30, 15 min)
(3) Read Chairman Inamori's answer, consider issues and countermeasures for your own company, and present them within the group (20:30~20:45, 15 min)

Business always involves another party. Everyone, including that party, should be happy; everyone should be pleased.
December: Always be cheerful and positive; manage with dreams and hope, and with an open and honest heart
